NewVo AT THE COLNE GALLERYJaymini's popular NewVo Collection was on display at The Colne Gallery, based in Colchester General Hospital. This wonderful space gives patients, visitors and staff the opportunity to see something other than white walls and hospital notice boards. Jaymini's work brightened up the place until June 28th 2015!

DESIGN FOR LIVINGJaymini has worked with theatre set designer Clare Birks in this community project based in Tendring. In response to the communities' work the artists created an installation and performance piece exhibited at the Jaywick Martello Tower, offering an exciting new perspective on the regeneration debate.

The Gainsborough collectionA diverse collection of woven textiles for interiors inspired by the machinery of a functioning silk weaving mill. The collection embodies Jaymini's passion for colour and texture and is centred around the idea of luxury. The fabrics embrace traditional design values but with a contemporary twist.

Classic NewVo Scarf CollectionThe NewVo Scarf Collection is about capturing the beauty and tactile nature of handwoven fabric and transforming it into a unique fashion accessory. The scarves create an illusion of woven fabric through the printed design and are inspired by Jaymini’s Gainsborough Collection of handwoven fabrics.
Each original design was created by hand and developed before being digitally printed onto pure silk. The manufacturing process has been completed exclusively in Great Britain. (Click here to view the collection) |
